✔️ How to Use Tirzep 7.5

• Tirzep 7.5 is given as an injection under the skin (subcutaneously).
• You’ll be shown how to prepare and inject the medicine properly.
• It is taken once a week (every 7 days), and you should continue using it unless your healthcare provider tells you otherwise.

✔️ Serious Side Effects

Pancreatitis (Inflamed Pancreas):

• Stop using Tirzep 7.5 and call your doctor if you experience persistent severe stomach pain, with or without vomiting, that may spread to your back.

Low Blood Sugar (Hypoglycemia): More likely if used with insulin or sulfonylureas. Watch for signs like:

• Dizziness, sweating, blurred vision
• Shakiness, fast heartbeat, mood changes
• Confusion, headache, hunger, weakness

Severe Allergic Reactions: Seek immediate medical attention for symptoms such as:

• Swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat
• Breathing or swallowing problems
• Rash, itching, dizziness, or fast heartbeat

Kidney Issues:

• Dehydration from vomiting or diarrhea may worsen kidney problems. Stay well-hydrated.

Severe Digestive Issues:

• Some users report significant stomach discomfort. Inform your doctor if symptoms persist.

Vision Changes:

• Report any changes in eyesight during treatment.

Gallbladder Problems: Symptoms may include:

• Pain in the upper abdomen
• Fever, yellowing skin or eyes (jaundice)
• Pale or clay-colored stools

✔️ Risk During Surgery or Sedation:

Tirzep 7.5 may raise the risk of aspiration (food or liquid entering the lungs). Inform all your healthcare providers that you’re using it before undergoing surgery or procedures requiring sedation.

✔️ Tirzep 7.5 is not currently approved for children.

If it's being considered, talk to your healthcare provider, as special care may be needed.

✔️ Important Usage Guidelines

• If you’re also using insulin, do not mix Tirzep 7.5 with insulin in the same syringe.
• Inject Tirzep 7.5 and insulin separately and in different areas of the body.
• Always rotate injection sites to avoid irritation—don’t inject into the same spot each time.

✔️ Important Warnings

Tirzep 7.5 may increase the risk of thyroid tumors, including a rare type called medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC). Contact your healthcare provider if you notice any of the following symptoms:

• A lump or swelling in your neck
• Hoarseness
• Difficulty swallowing
• Shortness of breath

Do NOT use Tirzep 7.5 if:

• You or a family member has had MTC
• You have Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2)
• You are allergic to Tirzep 7.5 or any of its ingredients

✔️ Storage:

Keep out of the reach and sight of children. Store in a refrigerator at 2°C to 8°C. Do not freeze and protect from light. Do not use if it has been frozen. 

✔️ Proper Disposal

• Used needles and syringes should be placed in an FDA-cleared sharps disposal container—never throw them in the regular trash.
• If you don’t have a sharps container, your pharmacist or healthcare provider can help you get one.
